ABOUT Garlic Salad Dressing RECIPE

For those who love a dash of garlic in their salad.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup extra virgin Olive Oil
  2. 1/2 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tbsp water
  4. Pepper as per taste
  5. 1 tsp minced onion
  6. 2 cloves of garlic
  7. 1 tsp mustard powder
  8. 1 tbsp sugar
  9. 3 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a bottle with a spill proof lid.
  2. Shake the bottle vigorously for 2 minutes till well combined. Use as required.
  3. Can be stored refrigerated for 2-3 weeks.
