Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup gram flour
  2. Pinch of baking powder
  3. Pinch of food colour
  4. As required water
  5. As required oil
  6. Sugar 1 cup
  7. Cardamoms
  8. Ghee

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP GRAM FLOUR IN A MIXING BOWL.
  2. ADD BAKING POWDER.
  3. ADD FOOD COLOURS.
  4. EVERYTHING MIX VERY WELL.
  5. ADD WATER TO MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER.
  6. COVER IT FOR 20 MINUTES.
  7. AFTER 20 MINUTES, IT IS READY FOR FRYING. THE CONSISTENCY OF THE BATTER IS VERY IMPORTANT.
  8. TAKE A PERFORATED SPOON LADLE ABOVE THE HOT OIL.
  9. ADD SOME BATTER ON THE PERFORATED SPOON LADLE. FRY THE BOONDIS TILL THEY ARE COOKED.
  10. ALL BOONDI FRIED SAME PROCESS.
  11. MIX WATER AND SUGAR IN A PAN, AND COOK THE SUGAR SYRUP.
  12. CARDAMOMS ADDED
  13. NOW ADD THE FRIED BOONDI DIRECTLY TO THE HOT SUGAR.
  14. BOONDI ABSORB THE SUGAR SYRUP.
  15. SHAPE THE BOONDI MIXTURE INTO LADOOS HELP OF GHEE.
  16. BOONDI LADOOS ARE READY FOR SERVE.
