Basundi

Ingredients to make Basundi

  • Cow's milk 2 liter
  • cream 2 full cup
  • sugar 250 gm (as per your requirement)
  • Chopped dry fruits

How to make Basundi

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan, add milk and heat it on high flame
  2. When the milk is warm, add sugar and cream.
  3. Heat it till the milk becomes half of its quantity.
  4. Stir continuously to prevent the milk from sticking to the pan.
  5. After 15 minutes, add chopped dry fruits and heat it again. When milk becomes thick, your basundi is ready to serve!
  6. Serve it with soft bread.

My Tip:

Serve it chilled!
