ABOUT Coconut Jelly RECIPE

This smooth and creamy coconut jelly makes a mouth-watering dessert. This is really easy to put together, and there aren’t a lot of ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Plain Layer 1 big cup water
  2. 2 tbsp agar agar
  3. 2-3 tbsp sugar
  4. Few drops vanilla essence
  5. 1/4 cup water for soaking
  6. coconut layer
  7. 1 big cup coconut milk
  8. 2 tbsp agar agar
  9. 2 tbsp sugar
  10. Pinch of salt
  11. 1/4 cup water


  1. Soak agar agar in water & keep aside for 10 minutes. In a pot add agar agar with water & boil till it dissolves. Add sugar & essence & whisk till all mixes wel Cook for few minutes till smooth.
  2. Remove from heat & pour in mould or glass if you serving individually. Keep it aside to set.
  3. For Coconut layer soak agar agar in water for 10 minutes. In a pot add soak agar agar with water. Boil & stir till dissolves. Add sugar & salt & mix well. Add coconut milk stir & mix all well.
  4. Remove from heat. Pour over set layer. Refrigerate & Serve Chilled.
