Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup rice about 250 gm
  2. 1 Coconut
  3. 1/2 tablespoons of salt
  4. 2 tablespoons of sugar
  5. oil
  6. Water

Instructions

  1. :point_right: shock rice about 3 to 4 hours :point_right: After that wash well and drain the water
  2. :point_right: chopped coconut in pieces
  3. :point_right: Now blend rice and coconut together in a smooth paste
  4. :point_right: Transfer the batter in a large bowl :point_right: Add salt , sugar and excess water :point_right: Batter should be running type
  5. :point_right: Now heat a kadai :point_right: Grease with little oil :point_right: Pour batter about 1/2 cup :point_right: Now cover a lid :point_right: Slow the flame
  6. :point_right: After 5 minutes check if bobbles are formed in the top of pitha then yours pitha is cooked :point_right: If not then again cover for 2 minutes :point_right: Don't flip it , it Cook only one side
  7. :point_right: Now serve hot with any Curry
