Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boil potatoes 4-5
  2. Soak sabudana atleast five hours overnight soak sabudana is best for making sabudana wada
  3. Salt to taste if u making for fast then add sendha namak
  4. Green chilies 4 f u like spicy
  5. Coriender leaves finally chopped small bunch
  6. Red chillies half tsp
  7. Roasted nd groud peanuts
  8. Oil for shallow frying
  9. Nd for chutney
  10. One bunch coriender leaves
  11. 8 -10 green chillies
  12. Salt
  13. Cumin seeds one spoon
  14. Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Take soak sabudana nd add boil nd smashed potatoes mix it well
  2. Then add cumin ,red chilli,salt,green chillies ,coriender leaves nd ground peanuts mix it well
  3. Nd make small wada nd fry in hot oil till golden brown when u see its crispy its done enjoy with green spicy chutney
  4. For chutney take a mixer grinder add coriender leaves ,green chillies,salt cumin seeds lemon juice nd churn mixer when its like course mixture it's ready to eat .....if u don't like lemon u can alternate with lil bit of curd
