Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice
  2. Chicken keema
  3. Ginger garlic green chille paste
  4. Salt....oil....ghee
  5. Whole garam masala... Powdered garam masala
  6. Crushed whole dhania
  7. Curd. Lime juice
  8. Chopped onions...fried onions
  9. Chopped kothmir pudina...
  10. Potatoes...chopped tomatoes.

Instructions

  1. Grind keema...Chopped onion...GGG paste....kothmir pudina...Mix with salt...Garam masala powder...Egg white...Form into seekh shape and shallow fry....Keep aside..
  2. Heat oil and ghee...Add whole garam masala .... Chopped onion...Fry until light brown...Add ggg paste...Potato pieces....Garam masala powder .... Crushed whole dhaniya ....Salt...Shah zeera ...Cook until oil raw smell goes off...Add curd and cook for sometime ... Add water as per rice quantity and bring to boil...Then add rice and cover the vessel
  3. Just before keeping on dum ...Add chopped tomatoes...Lime juice....mix gently ... Arrange seekh on rice....Then spread Chopped kothmir pudina...Fried onions all over.
  4. cover again and cook for 5 minutes. U can garnish with boiled egg rings also.
