ABOUT Bhuna Masala Baigan RECIPE

Flavour of Dry coconut in this dish is very similar to the baghara baigan taste.These are thogh dry and stir fry cooked.Masala is vround roasting dry coconut,whole red chillies,sesame and peanuts.These brinjals are whole with ground masala stuffed and cooked in oil stir fry.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6-7 pieces small brinjals
  2. 10-15 peanuts roasted
  3. -3-4red dry whole chillies
  4. 2 tblspn scraped dry coconut
  5. 1tspn sesame seeds
  6. 1/2tspn turmeric powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1tspn corriander powder
  9. 4-5tblspn oil

Instructions

  1. Clean wash brinjals keep aside
  2. Roast all whole masala with 3-4 almonds
  3. Dry grind these after roasting cooling
  4. Grind coarse
  5. Stir fry masala in oil
  6. Now stuff the brinjal with the masala
  7. Now put to cook in oil covered with lid to tenderise remove pieces as sofetened
