Ingredients to make Beetroot Bhadam Kheer

  • 1 fresh beetroot
  • 3 teaspoons of jaggery powder
  • 3 teaspoons of dry fruits
  • 1 teaspoon of elaichi powder
  • 1/2 cup of milk and sufficient water

How to make Beetroot Bhadam Kheer

  1. Boil the beetroot in a cooker, then mash it in a bowl and add the jaggery powder, nuts, elaichi powder.
  2. Pour it into the mixer and add milk, sufficient water. Blend it until you get a smooth consistency.
  3. It is ready to be served cool. (Just refrigerate it for a few minutes)

This is an awesome concept of making kids enjoy beetroot! The jaggery and nuts will really tie down the beetroot taste but will not cut down its nutrition value :)
