    Ingredients to make Sooji donuts

    • 2 Cup milk
    • 1 cup semolina
    • one third cup maida
    • 2 tbsp ghee
    • 5 tablespoon powder sugar
    • 1 tbsp baking powder
    • oil for frying

    How to make Sooji donuts

    1. 2 CUP MILK,1 CUP SEMOLINA, 2 SPOON GHEE,5 TBSP PWDR SUGAR,1/3 CUP REFINED FLOUR(MAIDA)1TBSP BAKING PWDR,OIL FOR FRYING,
    2. FIRST BOILED MILK IN A PAN, MEDIUM HEAT ,WHEN THE MILK STARTED BOILED ADD SMALL BATCHES OF SEMOLINA &MIX WELL
    3. COOK IN LOW HEAT,STIR CONTINUOUSLY
    4. WHEN THE MIXTURE IS GET THICKENED ADD GHEE ,& MIX IT WELL
    5. THEN ADD PWDR SUGAR
    6. MIX IT WELL, COOK THE MIXTURE TILL LEAVE THE PAN SIDE,& GET A DOUGH CONSISTENCY
    7. GREESE A PLATE WITH SOME GHEE,PUT THE MIXTURE & REST FOR COOL
    8. WHEN THE MIXTURE IS COLLED ADD BAKING POWDER & ALL PURPOSE FLOUR & MIX IT WELL
    9. KNEED THE DOUGH FOR COUPLE A MINUTE
    10. THEN DIVED THE DOUGH IN EQUAL PART,& ROLL A THIN CHAPATI WITH HELPING OF ROLLING PIN
    11. CUT IN A ROUND SHAPE WITH A HELP OF GLASS
    12. AFTER THAT CUT THE MIDDLE PART WITH HELP OF ANY BOTTLE CAP OR CUTTER
    13. REMOVE THE EDGES & MIDDLE PART,NOW FRY ALL THE DONUTS IN A HOT OIL
    14. FRY ALL THE DONUTS TILL CHANGING COLOUR IN TO A BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR,
