Eggless Mango cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Mango cake

  • maida 1.5 cups
  • mango pulp 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Oil or butter 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • cardamom powder a pinch
  • pista chopped for garnishing
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp

How to make Eggless Mango cake

  1. Sieve Maida, baking powder and baking soda. Keep aside
  2. Mix sugar and oil with a whisk.
  3. Add mango pulp and mix well.
  4. Now add condensed milk. Add milk and mix well.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients i.e the Maida mixture.
  6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Grease and dust a baking tin. Pour the cake batter. Tap a little to spread evenly.
  8. Garnish with chopped pista. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
