ABOUT Corn Kebab RECIPE

With little use of oil this grilled Corn Kebab recipe is full of fiber and is a great appetizer!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Corn-2 cups
  2. bread crumb - from 2 slices bread
  3. boiled potaoes - 2 mashed
  4. onion-1 chopped finely
  5. green chili-2
  6. oil - 2tbsp
  7. ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
  8. red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  10. coriander leaves
  11. salt to taste
  12. Topping: lemon-1
  13. chat masala - 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the corn with green chilli.
  2. Mix this and all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.
  3. Using your hands, make long sticks of paste.
  4. Now place all the sticks on grill, roast it on slow fire.
  5. Brush oil on sticks in between 2-3 times, roast every side till done.
  6. Hot kabab is ready to eat, serve with a sprinkle of juice of lemon and chat masala.
