ABOUT Shahi Chicken Shammi Kebab RECIPE

Evening teas become special if there are some yummy snacks. Last Sunday, I invited my friends over for tea and made these delicious Chicken Shami Kebabs and they were loved by all.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana dal - 1 cup
  2. Chicken boneless - 500 gms
  3. salt - 2 tsp
  4. chilly crushed - 1 tbsp
  5. Red chilli whole - 7
  6. cumin seeds - 2 tsp
  7. coriander whole - 2 tsp
  8. cloves - 7
  9. Black pepper whole - 10
  10. cinnamon sticks - 2 small
  11. coriander leaves chopped
  12. Ginger Chopped - 1 tsp
  13. garlic chopped - 10
  14. Oil for pan frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the chana dal with chicken and spices. Let the chicken cook. Strain and keep aside to cool.
  2. Add ginger, chopped. Coriander, green chillies and garlic. Mix well and mince.
  3. Make round kebabs from the mixture and pan fry them in oil.
  4. Serve these kebabs with tomato sauce and Mexican salsa.
