desiccated coconut with carrot , mava and dry fruits

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. carrots 200 gram
  2. desiccated coconut powder 150 gram
  3. milk mava 150 gram
  4. dry fruits cashew almonds 50 gram
  5. Sugar 1/2 cup
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 1 tbs unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. chopped dry fruits finely
  2. wash and clean carrots and grate
  3. take a wok put on full heat put carrots and 1 cup milk
  4. let milk boil cook till carrots absorb all milk and get soft
  5. now reduce flame add coconut powder and sugar and milk mava
  6. now cook till mixture leave the pan
  7. add 1 tbs unsalted butter and mix very well
  8. add chopped dry fruits keep some dry fruits aside for garnishing
  9. now 1 a plate grease with little oil put the mixture and spread in plate
  10. garnish with dry fruits let it cool down and set on room temperature and cut in pieces
