Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup Makai Rawa ready available
  2. 4- Cups Hot water
  3. 2tbsp Oil
  4. 1/2tsp Urad Dal
  5. 1/2tsp Mustard seeds
  6. 1)2 tsp Cummin seeds
  7. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Few Curry leaves
  10. 1/4 Cup Sweet Corn chopped Capsicum Carrot pieces
  11. 1/2 lemon juice
  12. 1tbsp Ghee
  13. Few Cashew pieces
  14. Finely chopped fresh Coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. Dry Roast Makai Rawa in Microwave Safe Bowl for 2mins on quick mode.
  2. Boil 4cups of water and keep aside.
  3. In pan pressure cooker add&heat oil.. splutttered Urad dal,mustard, Cummin seeds.Add finely chopped green chilli.Saute.
  4. Add sweet corn kernels chopped capsicum, Carrot pieces.Saute ..Add Roasted Makai Rawa mix well and Saute for one minute.Add Salt and Hot water.Mixwell.
  5. Cover pan pressure cooker with lid and Cook Makai Rawa Upma for 4 whistles.
  6. Cool the cooker for 10mins before opening the lid .
  7. Add lemon juice and Ghee..Mix well.
  8. Serve Hot Garnishing with Kaju piece and chopped fresh Coriander leaves.
