Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. semolina 2 cups
  2. fresh coconut grated 1 cup
  3. curd 1.5 cup
  4. unsalted butter 1/2 cup
  5. baking powder 2 tsp
  6. sugar 1 cup
  7. water 1 cup
  8. 1/4 pieces of a lemon

Instructions

  1. take a saucepan put sugar and water make 1 string syrup add then add lemon juice mix it and off heat
  2. now take a mixing bowl put semolina and baking powder and mix it
  3. add curd in semolina and mix very well
  4. now add grated fresh coconut in mixture and mix and add unsalted butter mix altogether very well
  5. now keep the mixture in fridge for 30 minutes
  6. after 30 minutes grease a Baking try preheat oven on 180*
  7. now remove the mixture from fridge and spread the mixture on greasy baking tray
  8. now take a knife make cut In burfi the size you want so after baking it will easy to remove
  9. now bake burfi on 180*fir 45 minutes after that you deep in hot syrup for 30 seconds
