Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 Parachment paper
  2. one and a half cup dry desiccated coconut
  3. 1 cup Mawa
  4. 3 cardamon powder
  5. 3 tbsp desi ghee
  6. Dry fruits according to your requirement
  7. 1 cup condensed milk

Instructions

  1. First of all take a container with Parachment paper& then greese it with clarified butter.
  2. Take a non-profit stick pan& roast 1 cup mawa for 4-5 minutes on medium flame till it gets light golden color.
  3. When Mawa starts melting then switch off flame& take out mawa from pan.
  4. Take one and a half cup of dry desiccated coconut and one cup of sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Now put three tablespoon of desi ghee and put coconut in it stir it for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  6. Then add condensed milk and mix it.
  7. Condensed milk will give nice texture and taste mixed it with Mawa and make a dough.
  8. switch off flame and add green cardamom powder and put that dough in container and flattened it with the with the help of spoon.
  9. Keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours then burffi is ready then take out Parachment paper.
  10. Cut it in any shape or size and serve it in a proper serving plates after garnishing with dryfruits.
