It is healthy dip made from mint leaves and pomegranate seeds which is suitable for a diabetics.

  1. Mint leaves -100gm
  2. Garlic-50gm
  3. Annardana-100gm
  4. Green chili- 3-4 or
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash mint leaves properly . Peel the garlic cloves.
  2. Add all the ingredients in mixer and grind well to make a coarse paste/ dip.
