Ingredients: 100 ml condensed milk; 1tblsp saltless butter; 1cup shredded coconut; 100 gms white chocolate; Edible silver leaf , shredded coconut,or/and melted dark chocolate.

Surprised myself when I discovered this sweet surprise during Ganesh chaturtbi

Ingredients Serving: 15

100 ml condensed milk
1tblsp saltless butter
1cup shredded coconut
100 gms white chocolate
Edible silver leaf , shredded coconut,or/and melted dark chocolate.

Instructions

In a thick no stick pan pour the condensed milk,add butter once it boils add shredded dry coconut.allow to cool.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.pour into mould ,tip to remove excess,cool to set fill with coconut stuffing and ceal the mould with more white chocolate.
Refrigerate to set.remove and decorate with edible silver leaf or drizzle melted dark chocolate.
