Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawn - 12pc
  2. Green chilly - 2pc
  3. Onion(sliced) - 2pc
  4. garlic cloves - 4pc
  5. salt - as needed
  6. turmeric powder - 2tspn
  7. Redchilly powder - 1tspn
  8. Garam masala - 2tspn
  9. Cardammon - 4pc
  10. coconut milk -2 cup
  11. coconut cream - 2tbspn
  12. oil - 3tbspn

Instructions

  1. Clean the prawn, deshelled and deveined . Marinate with turmeric ,salt and redchilly powder for 1/2 hrs.
  2. Boil 2 cup water,than pour grated coconut in it and keep it for 15minutes for soaked. After that firmly press the soaked coconut to get coconut milk.
  3. Heat a pan add 2tbspn oil in it and fry the prawns. Keep the fried prawns aside.
  4. Now fry the onion and garlic untill they become golden brown . Add green chilly and cook for a minutes.
  5. Add salt ,turmeric, redchilly powder cook them than add garam masala.
  6. When the fried onion mixture is ready add the coconut milk and coconut cream in it ,cook for a minutes and make a thick gravy.
  7. Than add the fried prawns and mix the gravy properly. Add the rest of garam masala. Cover the pan with lid and cook for few minutes. Than serve hot.
