This green chutney goes well with dosa and idlis ..

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. small onion 15nos
  2. green chilly 6
  3. garlic 3pods
  4. a handful of mint leaves , coriander leaves
  5. curry leaves 1string
  6. coconut 1/2cup
  7. tamarind 1inch
  8. salt as req
  9. For tampering
  10. oil , mustard and curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add oil and fry small onions and garlic til light brown .
  2. Add in the green chillies and cook for two mins .
  3. Now add in the mint leaves coriander and curry leaves together and fry for a min .
  4. Add in salt and tamarind alone with the coconut .
  5. Grind it well in a mixer grinder adding some water .
  6. check salt . Time to tamper .
  7. Serve it with hot idlis and dosas .
