Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cup milk
  2. 1/2 cup suji
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 + 1/2 big spoon ghee
  5. 3 big spoon coconut powder
  6. 100 gm mawa
  7. Some Tuty fruity of red colour
  8. 2 crushed green cardamom
  9. 3-4 drops red food colour
  10. 2 drops green food colour

Instructions

  1. Add 2 cup milk in a pan and heat it
  2. Add 2 big spoon ghee into it.
  3. Add sugar and stir it regularly
  4. Add half coconut powder and red food colour.
  5. Keep the flame and add suji and stir it regularly.
  6. When the mixer look like halwa off the flame
  7. Greese a plate with ghee and keep the mixer into it
  8. Make small ball of it by spreading ghee on your palm when the mixer is little warm.
  9. Make the ball in cyllendrical shape
  10. Make all the ball like this.
  11. With the help of greesed knife and mark a cut in between.
  12. Make sure that cut does not make hole in it
  13. Now fill some mawa in cut area.
  14. Cover it with coconut powder.
  15. Decorate it with tuty fruity
  16. Suji chamcha is ready.
  17. Use it for 3 days by keeping in freeze.
