Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 Bay leaf
  2. 2-3 cloves
  3. 2-3 spoon jeera
  4. 2-3 green cardamom
  5. 1 big cardamom
  6. Chopped coriander leaves
  7. 7-8 almonds
  8. 2-3 green chili
  9. 2 cups rice
  10. 2 and 1/2 cup water
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 30 mins and keep them aside
  2. Add ghee or butter
  3. Fry almonds
  4. Add all dry ingredients
  5. Add chili
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves
  7. Add soaked rice
  8. Add water
  9. Add salt
  10. Cook it for 15-20 mins
  11. Add fry almonds for crunchynes
  12. Jeera rice is ready
