Here comes a delicious smoothie recipe by combining mango, banana and dates with milk. It is a really wonderful, healthy and you would love to have it any time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. mango 1/2 cup
  2. Bnana 1/2
  3. Milk 1 and 1/2 cup
  4. sugar 3 tsp
  5. dates 4-5 pieces


  1. Freeze 1 cup of milk.
  2. Remove the skin of mango and bananas, cut it into pieces.
  3. Blend the frozen milk, fruit pieces and remaining milk and sugar using a juicer and prepare the smoothie.
