ABOUT Chocolate Chilli Mousse RECIPE

A phenomenal combination of chocolate and chilli, chilled to perfection. Creamy and not heavy on the palatte.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whipping Cream - 1 cup
  2. Dark Chocolate Compound - 1 cup
  3. Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark compound and melt it over double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted completely, take off the boiler and let it cool a bit.
  2. Whip the cream to ribbon stage and mix the melted chocolate to the cream.
  3. Add the chilli powder and again whip until you get soft peaks. In this stage if you tilt the bowl upside down the cream will not fall off the bowl.
  4. Ladle out into single serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  5. Serve chilled.
