ABOUT 7 Cup Coconut Fudge RECIPE

It a popular Indian recipe called "BARAFI".

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup desiccated coconut
  2. 1 cup besan /gram flour
  3. 1 cup ghee
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 3 cups sugar
  6. Cashews for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix well all ingredients in a pan.
  2. Gas on and stir this mix until it started to leave the surface of the pan and become like a dough.
  3. Pour the dough in a greased tray .
  4. Tap the tray and set the fudge with the help of a spetula .
  5. Decorat with cashews and make marks with the help of a knife for cutting.
  6. After 1 hour cut the pieces and our 7 Cup Coconut Fudge is ready to serve.
