Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Capsicum 4
  2. Boiled potatoes 4
  3. Onion 2
  4. Garlic clove 2
  5. Ginger 2 pieces
  6. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  7. Salt as per ur taste
  8. Garam masala 1 spoon
  9. Mango powder 1/2 spoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Cumin seeds 1 spoon
  14. Green chilli 2

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add Cumin Seeds. Roast them till they start to splutter.
  2. Add grated ginger, garlic and green chillies to the mixture. Then add chopped onion and saute it. Then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and Amchur (Dry Mango Powder).
  3. Add boiled potatoes to the mixture.
  4. Finally add some chopped coriander leaves to the mixture. Mix all the ingredients well and set the mixture aside.
  5. Cut the top part of the capsicum and remove all the seeds.
  6. Put a pan on a flame and heat oil for frying. Fry all the capsicum one by one.
  7. Fill the hollowed fried capsicum with the stuffing and press lightly. This way of stuffing works best if the bell peppers are small in size, since they can be served whole.
  8. Stuffed Capsicum is ready. Serve it hot along with any type of Roti on the side of Dal or Raita.
