A French delicasy of serving mashed potatoes in round swirls baked with butter,cream,egg yolk and herbs..it is slightly crunchy from outside and deliciously creamy from inside..u will simply fall in love with the taste

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. potatoes 2
  2. cream 2 tablespoon
  3. egg 1
  4. butter 1 tablespoon
  5. salt
  6. crushed pepper 1/2 tsp
  7. chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  8. oregano 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. boil and mash potatoes
  2. add butter
  3. add cream
  4. add egg yolk
  5. add salt,crushed pepper,chilli flakes and oregano
  6. mix well and put it in a piping bag with a big star nozzle..
  7. make big roundrels on a baking tray
  8. bake at 220 degree Celsius for 20 mins
  9. I have given a twist to it by applying some mozerella cheese on the top with some chilli flakes
  10. bake for another 2 mins
  11. serve hot with sauce or chutney
