Whenever you have left over rice, try this cheela, tastes yum

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Besan, suji, rice flour....1/4 cup each
  2. Boiled rice....1/4 cup
  3. Salt and green chillies to taste
  4. Ajwain and jeera....1 /4 tea spoon each
  5. Butter to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except butter and make a thin batter with water and give rest for 10.minutes
  2. Heat a non stick pan, pour a ladleful of the batter on tawa, let it cook from one side. Rub butter on sides of cheela and flip
  3. Let it cool on other side too
  4. Enjoy
