Sizzler Peanut Brownie with Coconut Icecream

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For brownie,1 cup dark chocolate
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 and 1/2 cup maida
  4. 1/2 cup Milk
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder
  6. 2 tsp vanilla essence
  7. 1/2 cup roasted peanut
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. For icecream,1 cup fresh full fat cream
  10. 3/4 cup tender coconut water
  11. 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup milk
  12. 1 cup flesh of coconut
  13. 1 cup condensed milk
  14. For chocolate sauce,1/4 cup melted chocolate
  15. 1 tsp butter
  16. 2 tsp cream
  17. some fresh fruits for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler bowl, melt dark chocolate, butter and sugar. when chocolate and sugar melt, add butter and mix well. Remove from stove and sieve flour and baking powder in it.
  2. After mixing well add vanilla essence and gradually add milk in it and finally add pinch of salt and roasted peanuts in it. Now bake it in preheated oven at 180* for 45 min or till done.
  3. For coconut ice cream, whip cream in a bowl.
  4. In mixer jar take coconut water, flesh of coconut and blend and make fine paste of it.
  5. Now in whipped cream bowl add condensed milk and paste of flesh and water of coconut now add 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1/4 cup normal milk and fold it.
  6. Now transfer it in big bowl and keep it in freezer for an hour. first stir it after an hour and again keep it in freezer for 4 hours or till set.
  7. Heat a pan add butter, cream and melted chocolate.
  8. While serving, heat sizzler plate, place brownie and ice cream and pour butter, cream and melted chocolate mixture on hot plate and enjoy it with a garnish of fresh fruits.
