ABOUT Omelette (Baked) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 large Eggs
  2. 1/2 cup chopped Onions
  3. 1 Tomato finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  6. 1 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  7. 1 tsp Garam masala powder {Optional}
  8. Salt to Taste

Instructions

  1. Line a deep baking bowl with silver foil and gently brush with little oil. Pre-heat oven at 350C.
  2. Combine onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, turmeric, garam masala powder, chili powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and whisk to combine well with veggie mixture. Pour this into pre-arranged baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till skewer runs clean. Take out from oven and leave it to cool. Gently remove foil and flip it onto a plate carefully. Don’t use ladle to remove omelette. Doing so may tear the omelette. Serve warm.
