Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup oats flour
  2. 2 tbsp besan
  3. 2 tbsp wheat flour
  4. 1/4 cup rice flour
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. Water as required
  7. 2-3 tbsp finely chopped onion
  8. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 tbsp grated carrot
  10. 1 cup yoghurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add all flour with salt and mix
  2. Now add chopped veggies and whisked yoghurt. Mix well
  3. Add water as required to form smooth flowing consistency batter like dosa
  4. Heat non stick pan. Brush with oil
  5. Pour laddle of batter and spread evenly on tawa like pancake
  6. Drizzle little oil over edges
  7. Flip and cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot
