Paneer Butter masala

Ingredients to make Paneer Butter masala

  • paneer 400 grams
  • onion 1 medium
  • tomato 1 medium
  • Cashwnuts 10
  • cardamom 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2Tbsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • sugar 1/2tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • butter 150 grams
  • Fresh cream 1 Tbsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Paneer Butter masala

  1. Cut paneer into small cubes.
  2. In a mixer jar add onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste,cashewnuts,cardamon and make fine paste.
  3. Heat butter(keep 1 Tbsp butter side)in a kadhai.
  4. Add smooth grinded paste.
  5. Saute this paste until ghee separated .
  6. Add red chilli powder,garam masala,sugar ,kasoori methi and salt.
  7. Add little Warm water.
  8. Add paneer cubes,and cook it for 10 minutes.
  9. Add some fresh cream,and butter ( that we kept aside)

My Tip:

Yo can add some curd also while sauting.
