ABOUT Burger Cupcakes RECIPE

Make these adorable cupcakes to impress your friends! They taste absolutely delicious and are very easy to make!

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 200 grams all purpose flour(maida)
  2. 60 grams caster sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  5. 75 grams butter + for greasing (salted)
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 1/2 tin(200 grams) sweetened condensed milk
  8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  9. 1/4 cup yellow whipped cream frosting
  10. 1/4 cup red whipped cream frosting
  11. Green colored fondant
  12. Prepared brownie patties

Instructions

  1. Grease your cupcake tin using some butter and sprinkle some flour. Preheat your oven to 170C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apf(maida), baking powder and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl cream butter and sugar until they slightly change their color. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  4. Add 1/2 of the dry mixture to wet ingredients mixture and also add 1/2 the milk. Fold until batter comes together. Repeat the process with the other half of the dry ingredients and milk.
  5. Pour cupcake batter into prepared cupcake tin up to 2/3 the height. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. To check, gently press one cupcake on top and if it springs back up then they are done!
  6. Let the cupcakes cool down to room temperature. After that cut them using a sharp knife in halves.
  7. For preparing fondant lettuce leaves, roll the green fondant very thin and cut a leafy design which is of the right size as the cupcake.
  8. Take one cupcake and spread some red frosting which will look like tomato sauce. Put one brownie patty on it and keep the fondant lettuce over it. Spread some yellow frosting which will look like mustard sauce(or mayo!).
  9. Put the top part of the cupcake and voila! Your burger cupcakes are done!
