Ingredients Serving: 8
6 cups Fluffy popcorn
6 tbsp butter ( amul)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 roasted almonds
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup roasted walnuts
1/2 tspVanilla essence
Instructions
Take only fluffy popcorn.
Mix butter with sugar , corn syrup and cook for 5 minutes make it thick. On low flame. Remove form the heat ,wait for 3-4 minutes to cool and add.baking soda and vanilla essence.
Mix roasted dry fruits with popcorn.
Add little cool butter caramel in to popcorn and.mix . Add caramel by 3 batch.so that every popcorn should coated.
Pour the butter caramel coated popcorn in a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 160 degree. Turn the popcorn after 5 minutes and again put in the oven.
Spread the popcorn on the butter paper for cool and not to attach each other.
Ready for serve.
