These sweet and chewy treats are a mixture of crumbled cake with chocolate and rum.

Ingredients Serving: 8

300g Chocolate cake
60g desiccated coconut
60ml Rum
60ml Condensed milk
1/4 cup Mixed nuts(Almonds cashews) toasted and chopped
1/4 cup Raisins
Chocolate sprinkles as needed

Instructions

Crumble the cake into cake crumbs.
Mix the cake crumbs, rum, coconut, nuts, raisins and condensed milk in a bowl and combine well.
Roll a spoonful of the mixture into balls and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Roll the ball in a plate of chocolate sprinkles and press them gently so they stick
Serve or refrigerate before serving
