ABOUT Butter Chicken Kebab RECIPE

When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Saute it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken 2 inch cubes : 6
  2. Butter grated : 1 cup
  3. Egg : 1
  4. Green chilli paste : 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger-garlic paste : 1 tbsp
  6. Fresh coriander leaves : 1 tbsp
  7. Cream : 1/4 cup
  8. Turmeric powder : 1 tbsp
  9. Thick yogurt : 1 1/2 cups
  10. Black peppercorns crushed : 7
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Break egg into a bowl.
  2. Take chicken and pulse it in a blender add it to bowl.
  3. Add green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, cream and yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add butter, salt, crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
  5. Set aside to marinate for about half an hour.
  6. Heat a pan with oil and deep fry.
  7. Make desired shape and fry.
  8. Serve hot.
