About Veg lasagna Recipe

Veg lasagna is full of nutrition with lots of veggies and healthy too .its perfect for lunch and dinner.or u want to try something different in lunch and dinner so veg lasagna is perfect option.

Veg lasagna

Ingredients to make Veg lasagna

  • 1cup plain flour
  • 1/2cup wheat flour
  • 1cup boiled spinach paste
  • 1cup chopped veggie
  • 1tbsp tomato sauce
  • 4-5tbsp white sauce
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1tbsp salt
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1spoon butter
  • 3-4cheese slices

How to make Veg lasagna

  1. Take a bowl mix Palak paste n wheat flour knead dough and keep aside.
  2. In same bowl knead plain flour dough with oil n water.rest it 20min.
  3. Now take a pan add butter now add all veggie. Saute it for 2min .
  4. Meanwhile take bowl with 2glass water let it boil now take small portion from dough n roll like chapati n let it boil for 1min.
  5. Take out n let it cool now take baking tray spread butter then sheet then veggie then cheese .
  6. Repeat the process for 2-3times n upper layer spread with butter n let it bake for 30min.
  7. Serve hot in lunch or dinner

My Tip:

U can use readymade sheet also.
