ABOUT Cheese Paratha RECIPE

This paratha gas evolved in our gouse.Initially i use to use the process cheese but i realised it taste better with cream cheese.I prefer the Kiri brand

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kiri cheese 1 for each paratha
  2. Onions 2
  3. Kotmir handful
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Dhania and zeera pwdr 1 tbsp
  6. Green chillies finely chopped

Instructions

  1. IN A CHOPPER ADD 2 ONIONS AND HAND FUL OF FRESH CORIANDER
  2. ADD 1 TSP SALT
  3. ADD 1 TBSP DHANIA PWDR
  4. ADD 1 TBSP ZEERA PWDR
  5. CHOP IT VERY FINELY
  6. OUR MIX IS READY
  7. ROLL A CHAPATI AND SPREAD THE ONION MIX
  8. TAKE 1 CUBE KIRI CHEESE(U CAN PREFER ANY CREAM CHEESE)
  9. SPREAD THE CHEESE OVER THE ONION MIX
  10. IT WILL MELT EASILY
  11. SPRINKLE SOME FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  12. TAKE ANOTHER ROLLED CHAPATI &PLACE OVER THE MIXTURE.I PREFER THIS WAY AS EVERY BITE GETS THE FILLING
  13. PLACE THE PARATHA OVER HOT GRIDDLE AND COOK
  14. TURN AND APPLY GHEE AND COOK ON BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN
