Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup Sabudana, Soaked overnight
  2. 1/2 cup singhade ka atta
  3. 1/2 cup sweet Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  4. 1 tbsp ghee
  5. 1 tsp ginger green chili paste
  6. 1 tbsp Peanuts Roasted and Roughly crushed
  7. 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  9. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tsp Rock salt

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a bowl except ghee and mix them well to make a dough.
  2. Divide it into 11 equal parts. And make a smooth ball using your palms.
  3. Take a piece of plastic, grease it with ghee and put that ball on top of it make 4-inch diameter thalipeeth by pressing the ball with your hand.
  4. Keep sealing the edges as you press if it breaks.
  5. And also make about quarter inch hole in the center with the help of your finger.
  6. Heat some ghee in the pan and carefully place the thalipeeth in the pan.
  7. Let it brown on bottom side, drizzle some more ghee on top of the thalipeeth and then flip it.
  8. Also, cook on another side till it becomes golden brown. Remove it from the pan and repeat the same process for rest.
