Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Mutton 1 kg
  2. Basmati long grain rice 1 kg
  3. Onion1/2kg
  4. Tomato1/3
  5. Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
  6. Whole garam masala
  7. Curd 1 cup
  8. Green chillies 8 nos
  9. Mint leaves hand full
  10. Coriander leave hand full
  11. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  12. RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  13. Lemon juice 1
  14. salt as per taste
  15. oil
  16. Buttet for toping
  17. Kesri food colour

Instructions

  1. Heat pot and add oil and whole garam masala and then add onion fry untill golden colour
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste fry until raw smell goes off then add tomato fry all other wise oil separate from masala
  3. Then add red chilli powder and garam masala powder
  4. Now add green chilli and coriander mint leave and add curd and lime juice
  5. When all masala are fry then add mutton and salt coock when mutton is done switch off flame
  6. Another pot boil water and add whole spices and food colour and salt oil when water boil add rice
  7. Coock 3/4 rice done switch off flame
  8. And mixed mutton gravy and rice and put in to dum about 20 minutes
  9. Open after 5 minutes and then serve with raita
