Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Chocolate chips 150gm
  2. butter 150gm
  3. Powdered sugar 100 gm
  4. All purpose flour 100gm
  5. Cocoa powder 120gm
  6. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
  7. 3 eggs
  8. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  9. Milk 2 teaspoons
  10. Chopped walnuts


  1. Prepare double boiler by putting a glass bowl over a pot of a boiling water. The bowl shouldn't touch the water. Add chocolate chips and butter & melt completely.
  2. Preheat the oven at 350°c . Grease the aluminium tray ,keep it aside.
  3. Sieve and mix all dry ingredients. Once the chocolate and butter gets cooled completely add eggs and beat slightly. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. After that add milk, vanilla extract and walnuts,keep some walnut to add later on.
  5. Whisk to combine, if mixture looks thick than adjust the consistency by adding little milk. It should not be too runny..
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased tray sprade well,add walnuts on the top and bake for 35-40 mins or untill the knife inserted into center comes out clean.
  7. It goes best with vanilla ice cream. To serve with ice cream , microwave the brownie for few seconds than add one scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top of it.
