Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gram paneer
  2. 5 tablespoon butter
  3. 15 cashew
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 2 medium Onion
  6. 3 medium tomatoes
  7. 1 tablespoon garlic
  8. 1 tablespoon ginger
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  10. 2 green chilly
  11. 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. cut onion chilly ginger garlic tomato roughly
  2. take a saucepan put 1 cup milk and add onion garlic chilly ginger garlic tomatoes
  3. add cashew also on full heat boil till milk dry
  4. now let it cool down then use grinder and make a fine paste
  5. now take a pan add 4 tablespoon butter let it little hot
  6. put kasuri methi and grind masala cook on low flame
  7. put salt red chilly powder and turmeric powder cook on low heat until mixture leave the pan
  8. cut paneer in cubes
  9. when masala start living pan add 1 cup water and let I boil
  10. after 1 good boil reduce flame add paneer cubes
  11. cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
  12. off heat open lid pour in serving bowl garnish with 1 tablespoon butter and serve with any Indian bread
