Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Onion paste 1 cup
  3. Cashew paste 1/2 cup
  4. Full cream 1 cup
  5. Cumin powder1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder1 tsp
  7. Butter 150 gm
  8. oil
  9. Salt
  10. Sugar 1/2tsp
  11. Coriander leave
  12. Curd 1 cup
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  14. Black clay handi

Instructions

  1. Put black handi on gas and heat it add oil when oil become hot add chicken and fry until colour change
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry few minute untill raw smell goes off
  3. Another kadhai heat little oil and add in onion paste and fer crush green chilli when onion paste become coock add into handi
  4. And we'll stir about 5 minute then add cashew paste and curd and fry all masala become oil separate from handi
  5. Now add garam masala cumin powder and salt and sugar mixed well
  6. And finally add cream and coock 10 minute then garnish coriander leaves
  7. Serve with butter naan and enjoy
