A good snack that can be prepared with left idli

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Steamed idli - 5
  2. Salt
  3. Dry Red Chilli - 2
  4. Chopped green chilli - 2 tbspn
  5. Black mustard seed - 2 tspn
  6. Uncooked arhar dal dana - 1 tspn
  7. Roased peanut roughly crushed - 3 tspn
  8. Pinch of turmeric powder
  9. oil

Instructions

  1. Make pieces of idli
  2. In a pan add oil. Now add dry red chilli, mustard seed, chopped green chilli, arhar dal, little peanut, turmeric powder.
  3. Now add the idli and salt. Sauté for few minutes and then add the remaining peanut.
  4. Once cooked garnish with mint leaves
