ABOUT Hot Chocolate Float RECIPE

THICK CREAMY HOT CHOCOLATE POURED OVER ICE CREAM AND TOPPED WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND HOT FUDGE. This recipe is adapted from the Sugar Hero

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 cup whole milk
  2. 1/2 CUP HALF & HALF
  3. 1/4 TSP INSTANT EXPRESSO OR COFFEE POWDER
  4. 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  5. 4 OZ DARK OR BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE
  6. BROWN sugar (TO TASTE)
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. 2 SCOOPS OF VANILLA ICECREAM
  9. Whipped cream
  10. HOT FUDGE

Instructions

  1. Add milk, half and half, sugar, instant coffee powder, vanilla and salt to a sauce pan and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat and stir in chocolate. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add two scoops of ice-cream to the mug then pour in hot chocolate over it and garnish with whipped cream and hot fudge. Enjoy
