Ingredients to make Dhokla

  • 2 cup besan
  • 4 tbsp rawa
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2-3 Chillies
  • Eno 1 packet
  • Citric acid
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Kadi patta 8-9 sprigs
  • Musturd seeds 2 tsp

How to make Dhokla

  1. Mix besan rawa chilli paste ginger, sugar, salt, citric acid with water, make a pouring consistency
  2. Add eno. Then pour it in dhokla container and cook for atleast 10 min
  3. Ten temper with kadi patta, musturd seeds chilli
  4. Serve hot
