Mango Coconut Spread

Ingredients to make Mango Coconut Spread

  • 5 ripen Dussheri mangoes
  • 2 coconuts grated
  • condensed milk 1/2 small tin
  • 250 grams khoya,
  • 1 tbsp deshi ghee
  • cardamom powder 2 tsp.

How to make Mango Coconut Spread

  1. First of all peel the mangoes and make puree of the flesh and keep aside.
  2. Dry roast the khoya till it changes to pink in colour
  3. Now heat up the ghee and roast the grated coconut on simmer heat just for 5 minutes. Add khoya ,mango puree and condensed milk to this mixture and stir properly to make a smooth thick paste . cook for more 5 minutes.
  4. Now pour this thick sauce into a glass dish to set in fridge for 2 hrs after cooling down to normal temperature .

My Tip:

Serve this dish after refrigerating fr 2hrs n garnishing with freshly cut mangoes n freshly grated coconut n cardamom powder.
