Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Jowar 1/2 cup
  2. Ragi 1/2 cup
  3. Paneer cubes 6-7
  4. Rice 1 cup
  5. Big sized raw bananas 3
  6. Garlic cloves peeled 5
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Jeera 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Water 2-3 cup
  11. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. OVERNIGHT SOAKED JOWAR, RAGI
  2. PANEER CUBES, OVERNIGHT SOAKED RICE
  3. GARLIC CLOVES, SALT
  4. JEERA, CHOPPED RAW BANANAS
  5. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, SUFFICIENT WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  6. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL
  7. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER ON HOT TAWA AND SPREAD THINLY
  8. DRIZZLE COOKING OIL, COVER AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES IN LOW-MEDIUM FLAME
  9. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
