ABOUT PANEER TIKKA MASALA RECIPE

Paneer Tikka Masala is very traditional and old recipes. But I made with very unique way. You can make for kitty parties, Get-toghter and dinner parties.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Panner Tikka
  2. 3 tsp Garam Flour
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp red chili powder
  6. 1 tsp coorainder powder
  7. 1 tsp fennel powder
  8. 1 tsp fennel powder
  9. 350 gms paneer
  10. 2 tsp curd
  11. 2 onion - Cut in Cubes
  12. 2 capsicum - Cut in Cubes
  13. For Masala Gravy
  14. 5-6 piece black pepper
  15. 5-6 pieces cloves
  16. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  17. 3-4 pieces bay leafs
  18. 3 onion - roughly chopped
  19. 6-7 piece garlic cloves
  20. 2 inch ginger piece
  21. 4 red chili pieces
  22. 3 tomato - roughly chopped
  23. 1 cup curd
  24. 1 tsp salt
  25. 1 tsp red red chili powder
  26. 1 tsp pav bhaji Masala

Instructions

  1. Method for Paneer Tikka Take a bowl.
  2. Add Besan (Garam Flour)
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, mango powder.
  4. Add curd and mix well and make a barter.
  5. Mix onion cubes and capsicum cubes and mix well
  6. Now add Paneer Cubes and mix gently.
  7. Now leave for 1/2 an hour for mariante.
  8. After that you can roasted in air fryer or non stick tawa also
  9. Take screw add piece of onion and then capsicum then panner and repeat same (onion and capsicum)
  10. Make all screw with this process.
  11. Now take a non stick pan, Put some oil.
  12. Now put all the screwon pan cook for 1-2 mins until roasted the pieces, after that turn to another side and cook.
  13. Repeat the same process for all screw.
  14. Now ready Paneer Tikkas.
  15. For Gravy
  16. Heat oil in a Pan.
  17. Add Black pepper, cloves and cumin seeds and saute for 1 min
  18. Add Bay leafs
  19. Add onion pieces, garlic cloves and ginger and cook for 1 min.
  20. Add red chili pieces and tomato pieces.
  21. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 mins,
  22. Add Black pepper powder and water and again cook for 2-3 min.
  23. Now switch off the flame and keep aside for 2 min for cool down.
  24. Now Make a paste with the help of blender or mixer.
  25. Now take a pan and put the paste and cook for 4-5 mins.
  26. Now add curd and stir continuously.
  27. Add salt, red chili powder and add pav bhaji masala and cook for 5-6 mins.
  28. Now add Paneer Tikka and cook for 4-5 mins.
  29. Served with Chapati and Naan.
